After spending 3000 and still owe 1000, he dropped me without a resolved case. It took three trips to his office to get all my file and relative paperwork, which included several pages of another clients confidential information.
I was referred to Rob by a friend for a simple family law matter. I spent thousands with absolutely no return. When we initially met, he made an appearance of being attentive and interested in my case. Within ten minutes, he had turned me over to a paralegal that took my retainer, $2,500. After that first meeting, I was sent over to an associate of his, seemingly fresh out of law school. She took notes, prepared my case and then, on the day of our first court appearance, an attorney I had never discussed my case with represented me. It was a fiasco. Rob assured me not to worry, it was just early days. I foolishly paid them more money to continue representing me. My case was unimportant to them and mistakes were constantly made, which I was billed for. Anytime I brought this up, a paltry sum would be reduced from my invoice to appease me. He dropped me as a client in a 30 second phone call and immediately withdrew from my case. I wrote a review on Avvo and right afterwards, several positive reviews were posted, one even alleging that the negative ones were all written by the same person. He is bad news. Save your money for an attorney who is ethical and competent in family law. He's been investigated by the Bar association before and should be again.
