Staff was extremely friendly. I was greeted immediately and was told they would be right with me. A staff member showed me to the waiting room and gave me an estimated time frame. When the time frame given was almost up, another employee came out to let me know it would be just a little longer and explained why. The waiting area was extremely clean and was a welcoming area with refreshments and a tv. My total wait time was a little over an hour but they did a full maintenance check, oil change and inspection. The time flew by and I appreciated the staff going above and beyond, getting everything I needed done for me that day.

I never thought a truck buying experience could be so fun, but here we are! Gene is thorough in his explanations on the process, he makes sure everything goes smoothly, and he is very easy to talk to. My husband and I loved chatting with Gene, and are so thankful to have met him. Let’s be honest, the car buying process is long, and with the “Hail Sale” going on right now, the process was even longer, but Gene made it so enjoyable. 10 out of 10 would recommend any friends or family to Marc Motors in Sanford, just so they too, could work with this awesome guy!
