This place laid people off people during Christmas time and say it’s cause they haven’t been having a lot of work. Bad business! ..
So far, not a good experience. When you call there, you will mostly get a voicemail system. When you leave messages on there, they are not returned. When you try different extensions, you get voice mailboxes for those people which are full so you can't leave a voicemail. I used the online contact form and got a reply...once. Further emails to that person have gone ignored. When I call the main number and I actually get a live person, I asked for the gentlemen that had emailed me. He was unable to come to the phone so I left a message for him to call me back. That also has gone ignored. I have been trying to do business with this company for the last 2 weeks and it is proving quite difficult. Hopefully for them, they are so busy that they can't be bothered with any new customers. I still find the lack of follow up extremely unprofessional however. My next move is to seek out a local competitor who may actually want my business.
Great Service and Quality. Quickly designed and built tooling and production was up and running in less than two weeks. That was years ago, and Marathon still delivers!
